CAROLINE MOREAU

General Manager, Carlsberg Singapore

Ms Caroline Moreau has been with Carlsberg since 2007 and was appointed as General Manager of Carlsberg Singapore in July 2022. She is also the Group’s first female General Manager in the Asian region since 2013.

 

Caroline is a seasoned leader who has more than 20 years of marketing and commercial experience in beverage and beer sector across Europe and Asia. Prior to her last role as Marketing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia, Caroline had also held various positions within Carlsberg Group: Group Manager (2007–2011), 1664 Brand Director (2011-2013) and Off Trade Customer Marketing Director in Kronenbourg SA (2013-2016), Commercial Director C&S in Carlsberg A/S (2016-2019).  Before joining Carlsberg, Caroline has also worked in Coca-Cola company (Coca-Cola and Fanta Brands) for 8 years. Caroline holds a master's degree from ESCP Business School.

As a senior female leader, Caroline has always been a strong advocate of DE&I and leads by example in promoting an inclusive work environment.  She is also passionate about developing and growing talents. During her leisure time, Caroline enjoys travelling and diving with her family around the world (particularly in Asia).
